@Lapid Judaism, I had no idea I was able to help you spread your word to your flock... Make sure to set up your Channel so people can find the different types of videos they're interested in, and also take the time and add Custom Thumbnails to your videos so that people can see what they are a bit better than just the standard screen grab from the video that KZfaq have put up there for you at the moment :)

David, what is the difference from a KZfaq manager to a KZfaq Moderator? We have a problem on the channel that I am a Moderator currently in which the owner needs to assign another admin to actually do bans not just removing content or booting someone for 300 seconds from live chat. Is appointing a "manager" the same as a Admin?

Hi David, I am down as a manager for our brand account and need to give my colleague (who seems to be listed as the owner) full admin rights. The phone number for authentication is a land line and we are both remote working now due to covid19. Neither of us can get in to upload content but when I look at the account info I am a manager and she is the owner. We seem to have gone around in circles without being able to access the upload/organise the admin area. Suggestions ?? It is linked to my Google AC

Managers can do everything except add people or delete a channel. They can delete videos. There is an Editor option that could be what you’re looking for. A full list of what they can/can’t do is listed when you select the option.

Do you know what to do when KZfaq keeps rejecting one's email address? A friend is trying to add me as a manager to his channel and KZfaq keeps rejecting the email address associated with it. KZfaq wants whatever you use to log into KZfaq and I gave him that. Apparently others have had a similar problem and KZfaq has spent years in one thread completely ignoring their questions. Any ideas?
