Nice video. I am having a vespa piaggio P200E /1980 model. My back light lamps are burned every time i put the brake. Do you think is an ignition problem or orthostatic problem?

Hello, i have a question. i ordered a malossi race exhaust at sip for my GS200. the brochure stated that besides the main jet, also the ignition has te be tuned. how many degrees before TDC does it have to be? many regards.

HI are there different level to which the piston stopper is meant to be screwed in or do you just screw it in fully until there is no more resistance? Great vid!

It doesn't matter, since it is then turned in both directions and the stop is always at the same height in both directions. The center (top dead center) is therefore in the right place, regardless of whether you screw in deeper or higher.

Hallo , die Berechnung zum OT stimmt doch Nicht , oder ? Da wird doch der UT berechnet . Man dreht doch den Kolbenstopper rein . Nun wird doch der Kolben vom ersten Kolbenstop 0 Grad uber den UT zum Kolben

Tolles Video! Vor allem, weil ich demnächst auch vor hatte meien Zündung zu überprüfen. Eine Frage hätte ich dennnoch. Im Video ab 2:25 wird gesagt, dass sich auf Motorseite eine Markierung befindet. Da ich noch keine Zeit hatte selbst nachzuschauen, meine Frage: Ist diese Markierung - auf Motorseite - stets vorhanden? Was mache ich wenn diese Markierung nicht vorhanden ist?

Hallo Stormboy, auf das "Problem" mit dem Ton wurden wir schon öffter hingewiesen. Leider haben wir bis jetzt noch keine richtige Lösung finden können. Hast du das video auf dem Handy gesehen? Oftmals tritt das Problem auf, wenn man es mit einem Gerät anschaut, dass den Ton nur MONO wieder gibt. viele Grüße!

Ganz genau. Das ist die klassische Vespa PX Zündung 12V CDI mit festem Zündzeitpunkt.

kobenstop 102 grad nimmt man jetzt die Hälfte ist , 51 Grad , ist man bei UT. Oder habe ich einen Fehler gemacht bei der Überlegung ?

Die Gradscheibe hat nicht 360° Grad Skala sondern 2x 180° Skala, daher richtig wie gezeigt

Wie weit wird denn so ein Kolbenstopper reingedreht? Bzw. woher weiß man wann dort der obere Totpunkt wirklich genau erreicht ist ? Lg

Das ist egal. Wichtig ist nur dass zwischen Kolbenkontakt links und rechts gedreht sich nix am Stopper ändert. Die Hälfte zwischen Wert 1 und Wert 2 ist OT. Egal, wie weit der stopper drin ist.

Hallo, i think there is a mistake in this method or maybe is the traduction, but by measuring the radial distance from the upper piston stop to the lower stop and dividing by half, what you get is the lower dead center, when the piston reaches its lowest position.

xxx xxx Ignition Point has to be 17 degrees before top dead centre. Top dead centre is 51. Ignition Point depends on what cylinder and Pistons are used and is given by manufacturer.

@@Saint999ify Shouldn't the spark plug fire when the Piston is at TDC? Why we need to shift 17-23 degrees depending on cylinder? I just don't get it. Also, why do you divide by 2? what will happen if its 360 degree wheel? Would be wonderful to get your reply. TIA

@@SIPScootershopTV Also, habs gerade nochmal versucht......bei mir ist nur gegluckere bei sprechen, die Hintergrundmusik hört man gut.......beim Sprechen hört es sich an als würde man unter Wasser reden......man versteht kein Wort. Aber ok, vielleicht is nur bei mir so, aber warum gehen alle anderen Kanäle und die Vielzahl deren Videos problemlos 🤔
