To achieve this you should be spine aligning the nock, then gluing the Broadhead insert in with the Broadhead attached and spinning it to align before the glue sets. Having said that, I call BS on this as the arrow is spinning and moving forward consecutively. Hence the vane will have rotated by the time it passes where the Broadhead breaks the air.

Doesn't matter. Cuz not every broadhead will line up on every arrow. Shoot a good FOC and check your broadheads are spinning straight. That's all that matters
