Hi while filling the main applicant I have deleted three times the application and for my dependent I have deleted for one time does .is that will be a problem I want to start the application process again as app showed up as u have only one chance , if I don’t have a chance to connect to the app what can I do

In my situation, my partner stayed with me for just a month while I was studying, then returned to India. Now that she's back here, we're applying together. She was in India for about 4 months in total. I hope this won't pose any issues.

That's not a problem. Your partner need to be in UK when applying for PSW/Graduate dependent visa which in your case is true.

Hai there, my tier 4 visa is valid for only one month Jus now my wife got dependent visa,, and UKVI said if anyone have less than 6 months visa they dnt receive any Brp card or brp decision letter Can u explain how i apply further psw dependent visa without brp card Or else ukvi entry clearance page is enough to apply for psw dependent visa...

You should be able to book a biometric appointment during dependent visa application. If not contact UKVI or immigration consultant.

Hey I have a question regarding Psw. I am currently a masters student and my term time ends in September. I wanted to go for a Europe trip in July as there are no classes but the term time is still on and wanted to ask would it be a problem for my Psw if I go during term time or not? Hi, please i need help with this. I joined my husband May 2024 on his student visa, which expires by September 16th. When i came in, i wasn't issued a BRP because my visa was less than 6 months to expiration, i called the home office several times, and i got the same answers. How do i go about this while applying for my graduate deoendent visa. I want to apply next week. Hope this will not be an issue?

I hope Marriage certificate is enough? and in bank statements our old address is showing because we changed it recently. So current address will reflect in next statement. Except these, as we lived in shared accommodation so we don't have any contract, water/electricty bills, council bills. as we only pay agreed amount and that's all inclusive. so bank statement should have current address? and that's enough please if you have any idea

Hi, It is always better to provide all proofs available. Having said that, if the proof is not enough they wont reject visa application but will ask you to provide additional documents to prove relationship. So not to worry If you have updated address with the bank, you can request past 3/6 months updated bank statements with new address. Also, if you have the tenancy contract of your shared accommodation in both parties name, do submit that.

The child can definitely apply. You will need to book biometric appointment during child visa application as he/she do not have a visa already.

hello i followed the same process as you shown but wen i went to pay for my IHS it is showing 500 pounds extra i dont know why? my main applicant paid £2070 for her IHS but for me it is showing £2587 pounds only for IHS.. do you have any idea why i am charged extra?

Hi, Home office should reimburse you any additional fee you may have paid. IHS fee is calculated based on the future expiry data that you have entered in application.

You dont need biometrics if you are able to scan your brp. If not, the application will give ask you to book biometrics.

To cancel, sign in to your account using the link from your sign-up email. Go to your dashboard and select ‘Withdraw this application’ for the application you want to cancel. Also tray to contact UKVI via email explaining your situation.

If child do not have a BRP, you will need to book a biometric appointment and get a BRP for the child during PSW application.

You can provide a dummy date 2 years from the data of application. IHS fee is roughly calculated based on the date you provide.

Yes, we had the same issue, but it is £1035 instead of £2070. So we have currently paused the application.

Hi, If you have applied for the right visa but IHS payment is showing incorrectly, you can go ahead with submission. UKVI will contact you regarding the pending IHS payment. This issue has been reported by many, so not to worry.

Hi, I am not sure about that. Like I have mentioned before in the comments section, if any additional requirements are needed UKVI will get back via email. Please have a look at gov.uk website as it mentions everything that you need for the application.
