Hi Kara, recently I started to watch your videos and I find it very simple to understand complex topic/matter. Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts through such videos. My Name is Nayan Prajapati from Ahmedabad, India. I want to share something with you, if you can prepare video on it. As a leader, it is our responsibility to create environment in which our team members bring innovative ideas/thoughts. How can a leader create such environment? Is it providing psychological safety, giving a freedom to think, becoming little bit liberal to allow to make some mistake while sharing thoughts/idea, reduce fear of failure. Many times I have seen that employees do have ideas however they are not able to share, as they have fear like what will my boss ask (counter question), or my boss will not allow me to take this chance, or my boss will provide negative comment on this when I present my thoughts (specially IN front of other members). Can you please create one video on that "For leaders" on how should be their behavior to motivate staff to bring innovative thoughts?

Thank you so much for your kind comment Nayan! I'm delighted you're a regular viewer of my channel. Thank you! I absolutely love your idea about a video for leaders on how to get their team to share their ideas in meetings. I have a number of videos in the queue but I will definitely add it to the list.

It ZED, not ZEE! And the word important is not pronounced IMPORDEN.

I'm curious, which country are you from? I'm going to paste something here for you directly from Grammarist.com which might help you understand that both ways of pronunciation are actually correct - "Zee is the American way of saying the letter z. Zed is the British way. Neither is right or wrong, and nobody is ignorant for pronouncing z the way they do". I am Australian and have had a lot of international influence over the years. Similarly, the audience on my channel is multi-cultural and understand that people have different accents and pronunciation. As such, I encourage you to develop a more open-minded way of watching my videos and a more compassionate way of commenting.
