The chair I am assembling was purchased from Costco and I have used it for roughly 4 months with no problems. It's a bit firm but a good chair for the price.

Nice video-these chairs are so simple yet people are somehow intimidated by them. I recently was hired for a corporate gig where I was paid $40/chair for assembly. They had just moved into new offices and had 60 of them. I just laid everything out in an empty meeting room ad did 15 at a time assembly line style. They were so impressed with how quickly I did the work I’ve been called back to hang paper towel dispensers, hand sanitizer stations, desk assembly, painting, etc. I’ve even gotten some clients from being seen around the office. What a gold mine!

I used a metal bar coated in plastic to put against the metal wheel part I could reach and tapped the wheels in with a hammer.

@@TenessHerman no I’m not having that issue. Just in the arm area is a bit wobbly. I put a pillow or cushion on my seat.

Thanks; bought mine second-hand, no instructions! You might mention that the screws used for the mount/base, the back, and the arms sometimes have different lengths, so if the bolts are jumbled, you can sometimes separate them that way. Different numbers of bolts may indicate where they are used (4 bolts for base, 4 bolts for back, 6 bolts for arms with my chair.) Use longer bolts on the areas that seem to need them, like the back attaching to the mount/base and seat, and the arms attaching to the seat. Also, when I unpacked my gas-lift cylinder, it was in separate pieces (black plastic), so a slow, visual close-up of it or an explanation of how it's put together would be helpful too.

My chair instructions were missing, so I could not see or hear which screws go where. I had one too many of the base screws, and only 3 for the arms and the back. Guess I’ll go to a hardware store and pick up the missing screws. Thanks for the video though.

My new chair’s armrest won’t stay screwed into the backrest.. the screw doesn’t seem to be sitting into the hole perfectly and stays loose.. any suggestions?

I'm having a problem on the very first step. The wheels aren't going in. I fear I might break them if I push too hard or something, but they don't just snap in, I've tried pushing, screwing, but they don't rlly want to go in. I'm not sure why :/

All assembled but the chair did not sit on the top of the cylinder - it just toppled on the top of it. No friction or weight helps. Any clues what I’m doing wrong??

Why does my chair drop when I tilt back to the maximum. If I tilt slightly no problem, but if I go all the way back it drops. Annoying. BTW chair is two days new.

The packaging for these chairs get worse & worse. Even the stuff that comes in them. DO NOT Buy any Belnick office chairs the worst screws don’t fit anything.
