One isn't ready for marriage right when "such" senses and desires arise, it's just a process of biology, I doubt any teenager is actually ready for such a big thing right away without guidance, it gives a wrong idea of marriage as a whole (plus accidental pregnancies, I personally wouldn't want to deal with that as a teen girl). And in my honest opinion, when those feelings and desires become almost unbearable, to the point of causing anxiety, lack of focus and interest in other things, it's better to just release it through this, by themselves, then seek repentance, of course only if it doesn't turn into an addiction or an obsession, but it mostly does, so I'd like to stay away from it as much as possible from now, also because I don't like it, but the body needs it sometimes, otherwise I can't focus on anything else, this is likely the case with other teens, they might not actually want to do "it", and are helpless against nature.
