Ok… but now how do I balance life with all of this lol. How to balance running and lifting: don’t have a life 😂

Split the shit. Run and lift on different days 3x a week each with one rest day. Like - Mon, Wed, Fri - Weights Tue, Thu, Sat - Running

Hilarious, I thought running twice or three times a week up to 24 miles was something this guy made. My workouts look like childs play, lol

Haha dude I totally feel you, I’m training for a 30k right now and I thought he would alternate between weight training and running but doing them both in the same day made my mouth drop haha.

And holy crap I’m tired just watching this lol good work

I think we need to be honest with this. I follow a very similar schedule and realistically if you’re working full time on top of this there really isn’t much enjoyment outside of training to be had. Really just workout, work and recover at that point.

Add family and maybe school to that and yeah... good luck getting this much volume in.

Most will 100% get hurt doing this much. That's cool he does this, but make sure you have years of experience & build up to trying a program like this.
