Hi Noah! Miss your videos man! Obviously it’s been about 3 months since your last post. I am still happy with all your hard work over the years, and I believe that everything you have done has been healing for thousands of people, myself included! I believe you wouldn’t care about me saying this, but I aspire to be like you… I can hear your voice saying “ don’t follow any teacher” or “ learn to insource” haha … anyway love you forever man take care

Be Wise, Keep Quiet One of the best things to do in a senseless argument is to not let your adversary have someone to quarrel with. Sitting your pride to the side is a hard thing to do, especially when you know you're right. But don't let the satisfaction of being right to a fool, take away the energy you have that could be used for doing more productive things. When we stoop so low as to argue with people who don't care about us, and want nothing more but to see us break, we lose anyway, no matter how right we may end up being when all is said and done. Take the high road, it probably won't look like the coolest or most popular thing to do by those who don't really understand. But it will be well worth saving that energy and putting it to use in an area of your life where you could be a lot more productive.

Life is pain. Why are we here in the first place just to suffer. Don’t tell me suffering is a choice. I’m not the most caring person. When I did something wrong like not give a shit. I don’t get love. I’m not allowed to feel tired or overwhelmed where are you Noah 😢

Hello Noah, I just found in my experience something that’s blocking me from healing any emotions and I don’t really know how to take care of it, I watched your “Are you rejecting your negative emotions?” Video and at first all made sense and it is beautiful to want to connect to that part of one’s self but part of me began to think “is healing just rejecting your emotions because I don’t want it?” as if healing my emotions always meant that I rejected my emotions and hated the pain. Kind of comes from “if I can be okay with all these things then why would I even want to change them/heal them, etc” if you could help me that would be extremely appreciated 🙏 Thanks for listening and have a great rest of your day!!

Healing can come from rejecting ourselves for having the emotion ("I'm unlovable if I'm sad") or because we just don't want to feel pain or because we care about our inner child being in pain.

@@NoahElkrief First of all, thank you for answering that fast! The first two seem to make sense but the last one seems to not make a lot of sense to me. It seems like caring about the pain of the inner child would be loving, wouldn’t it? Maybe I’m not getting something or it’s out of my frame of reference idk lol EDIT: oh wait do you mean like healing an emotion solely because we don’t want the inner child to be in pain so we want to reject the emotion or get rid of it so the inner child can be “okay” for not feeling the pain within the emotion, instead of actually coming from an intuitive desire to look into the emotion and undo whatever is within it or let it out? (As in actually dealing with the pain instead of coming from a place of avoiding it?)

After doing this and hearing their side, they say they don’t trust or believe what you say and now you are stuck in a bad way wondering how to fix things and they don’t want to hear anything or try with you. They say they don’t want you to talk and that they can’t get past what you said. Is that the end of it? Do you allow them time to come to trust you again? What if that trust is broken? How do you forgive yourself if they don’t forgive you?

Hi, I hear you. I understand the pain of that situation. From my perspective, we must respect our partner's needs and feelings. So if they can't trust us, we must respect that. It is not kind to try to make them trust us so that we can feel better. We must go through our own journey to forgive ourselves and heal what caused our painful actions.

Noah, hello I hope you're well. I need your advice man. I live with someone who doesn't have very good hygiene. I have asked them several times to improve it. Wash their hands after using bathroom to urinate etc. But no improvement. Last time they got really angry and shouted head off me, told me to f**k off. I suppose they thought I was mocking them. What do I do man? I guess ive no choice but to let it go.... it's driving me insane, ive been overwashing my hands, washing anything i think may have touched with sanitizer. It harps backs to what you said years ago. You only suffer when you know about it ha. I know that 4/5 people in the world don't even have access to sanitation. And our ancestors certainly didn't. So maybe i'm too privilaged.
