Great video Brianna!!! Thanks a lot for the information!!! I have a question. I currently reside in Argentina and work as a software developer. However, I've also been working as a freelance IT recruiter for the past 3-4 years. My question is, can I use this platform even if I don't live in the US? How would I go about receiving payments if I don't have an LLC or any other fiscal entity in the US? Is having an LLC or a similar entity there a mandatory requirement to issue a US legal invoice to the final clients of the platform?

Great question. I had to fill out a W9 form. That's where you need either an EIN number or a social security number. So....I THINK that means you would have to live here but don't take my word for you. I encourage you to apply

@@kyiv1985 If you register a company in the US, you can get a EIN, If they only need an EIN from you, then you will not need to live in the US to be able to use the platform.

Paraform looks awesome and I was really enthusiastic until I found out it is only limited to a few countries. So I hope this Dutch entrepreneur and freelancer who decided to move to a sunny destination can find a similar platform which just accepts a freelancer who when it works well will start a company again.

@@TheMillionaireRecruiter bought an LLC yesterday . Should be ready somewhere next week. Think it’s the best option to enter the US market. Will however checkout your suggestion also.

I'm not a fan of Linkedin Lite. I have Linkedin Recruiter. If I wanted to save money, I would do Sales Navigator. With that said, there's a lot of great things you can do on Linkedin for Free. I just did a recent video on what you can do on it. Have fun!

It can go straight into your bank account, or via stripe. They are pretty flexible

Why don't you use Linkedin? I believe to use any freelance platform, you need to have social proof of some kind that you're real and you know how to recruit.

I have LinkedIn however I have no recruiting experience but strong IT background. So I have knowledge of the industry. I wanted to created separate LinkedIn as I do not want my job to see. @@rosalyngray1290 Paraform is being more picky about who gets approved on the platform. They are looking for people who know tech. I have a great course to get you good at this. In the meantime, I would try www.reflik.com/ and www.recruitifi.com/ They have some tech roles, but lots of all really great roles/companies to work on.
