Thanks @Recruiter Preston! I'm kicking off my solo recruiting business and this was helpful. I will say a challenge that I've heard and seen with Paraform is the length it takes to get a recruiter's application reviewed and approved to start working on the platform. I've been sitting now for over a week. I'm going to try the other platforms to see if I can get some success there.

Hey Preston. I have been following you for a little while. Thank you so much you have been so valuable in giving great content!. Quick qeustion/advise I am seeking - Lookin at a tech stack that would be a great fit. I look at Mantalvs Recruit CRM.. Do you have any suggestions if one had to choose between these to platforms? I need both the CRM and ATS platform to be on 1 platform - I Think it would be much more organized like this instead of a pure ATS and seperate CRM.

Always go for softwares with transparent pricing. "Get a quote" will be cheap initially, then milk your company when you buy in to the software.
