I passed the interview at a call centre...I got help from looking at your channels...I did 2 weeks in class training..I passed 3 out of 4 exams..I did the nesting period and then I went on production...in the midst of taking calls .I was hustled off and taken to the head agent who dismissed me because of my age...I'm an older person..

You are my inspiration. If I didn't saw your video while I am in the first few weeks of my training and nesting period I won't be able to know everything and grow as a call center agent. Now I am still working and learning and growing thank you so much ❤❤❤

first time ko pinanood videos mo 4yrs ago. I'm applying for an agent role before and was hired. 2022 i watched it again for an interview for a promotion, got promoted. Now I'm back since i have an interview with a new company with higher compensation as well. I'm so grateful we have u hehe.😊

In my experience, I am quite shy to speak English, a day I show inspiration to answer all questions and another day I'm blocked myself and my ideas and fluently fade away, which is why I don't pass the interview process to apply a call center. I recognize that I must sleep well and warm up my brain to recovery energy and be ready to resume my speaking English with my connected ideas.

I always do eye contact when someone conducts an interview for me.Sometimes,I can't help but notice the interviewer is focusing more on my resume.Aside from that,I don't do even slouch when it's going on.Besides, I maintain the good posture from the rest of the interview.What pisses me off royally is that when he or she asks a question and when I answer,she will interrupt me or follow up a next question even though I'm not yet finished.it's really a blood-boiling experience.

Hi kwestyon I'm in my 3 weeks training but I'm still feeling nervous everytime i do the mock call even my trainer who are very good to me and telling me that i don't need to be nervous because confidence is the key to stay in this industry. :(

I applied multiple times and I always passed the initial interview and assessments but when it comes to final interview, I always didn't passed. I'm loosing hope right now and thinking that BPO industry is not for me 😢

If the interviewer why we should hire you? My answer is you should hire me because you are hiring. 2nd if the interviewer ask me what you can contribute for this company? My answer is I am not hired yet then there is a contribution? What the I resign even you haven't hired me.

I disagree with the eye contact. As a person with autism this is very hard for me because i have weird feeling when somebody looks at me

Please be careful watching Peterson and telling others to. He is a right wing who often goes more into assumptions and relies on his own opinion instead of science and psychology.
