They did a video for Nick Rewind where they were asked if they’d get back together and Lindsey said yes quickly & then Devon said he hadn’t closed the door on that idea. BUT that was around a year & a half ago... Based of that video & this one, I think Devon’s the one hitting the breaks on this & I think it’s for at least 1 of these reasons: 1. He doesn’t want to jeopardize/potentially ruin what they have right now (that being their connection as friends & also probably their relation of working together on projects). 2. She still was dealing with her unhealthy lifestyle or was barely becoming sober at the time of the Nick vid & didn’t feel comfortable/wasn’t ready to take action at that point 3. He hasn’t been looking to be in a relationship as he’s been doing his own thing with the traveling 4. He has trust issues or is afraid to open up his heart again in that way (especially to the girl who was his first love) 5. Maybe it’s a weird insecurity or issue he has about not having much luck in relationships and ending up with the first person he was with. 6. He lied about being open to getting back together & was just being nice If there’s truly something there between the two, I just hope he realizes it soon, & takes action while the timing is still right.

@It's Football Innit I mean none of us know what he’s really thinking or wants to do. I’m just putting out my speculations based of what they’ve both said (and how they reacted to certain things) in the past/now. Again, the only thing I’m hoping is he gets the timing right IF there’s actually something there between the two.

Devon talking about how his top priority of "be nice, never make anyone uncomfortable" really struck close to home for me. I often lament how much better my past relationships, platonic and romantic, would've been better if I had more uncomfortable and constructive conversations with the people that I loved. That was a really comforting part of the podcast for me

It's rally nice being able to salvage an old relattionship. My ex and I were gogether for 5 years, so they were there for some of the most impactful times of my life, when when my mom died, and when I was homeless, much like I was there for her when it mattered. After the breaku we didn't talk for a few months, but now we've been apart for 8 years now, and she's still my dearest friend, and her family is still my family. (Except her mom. Normally I would agree with you, but not in this case. These two have been very vocal about having dated back in the day, being each other’s first love, constantly bring it up & reminiscing. It’s understandable why people ship them especially when they still have fantastic chemistry after all these years. People see potential. Even grown men ship them (the fanbase is filled with them. It’s not the same as a fanbase with teenage girls who are delusional hopeless romantics)

You can hear it even on the way Lindsey talks, exponentially starting to talk and think faster, going harder and harder at it, but then letting out all of that steam build up, slowling down, relaxing, knowing that after everything that happened to her, she has reached the point where she can just let go

I'm really glad youtube recommended me this. I saw the Neds pod earlier but I'm glad I saw this. Within the first 15 minutes of this I related to a lot. Lindsey sharing her path and becoming better where she's at now. I have had a personal journey dealing with mental illness that was initially triggered by a huge trauma for me personally with people. It's a hard hard journey, but I'm glad I beared through it to get to today where I feel much more in control feel better and don't regret going through what I did because ultimately it allowed me to heal and become better. To you guys talking about the relationship first loves yet respecting and still being there for one another. I dated a girl long distance we were literally at the opposite sides of the country. This girl especially after facing all my mental health stuff was the breath of fresh air I needed in life, she was the first ever girl I truly understood and felt the romantic word love. And we both loved one another and gave it our all, but things hadn't worked as planned. But we both agreed still we offer so much to elevate one another and still want one another in our lives. So we continue to be friends absolute closest and I'm eternally grateful for her. So thank you guys for sharing a bit of your stuff, it feels so cathartic and validating to hear others share their story especially those you wouldn't expect to have similar stories to you. It may not be 100 exact but elements you connect with and just feel validated to know you're not the only one to face or feel something. So thank you guys.

This podcast is truly a gem for me, and I’m sure for many others too. Seeing how much spiritual growth has come from both of you since childhood is refreshing, and I know a lot of us can relate to that journey. True growth is finding love even in dark places. Even after the breakup, even after the spirals, you were still able to hold your hand out and still be there regardless. You both are still teaching us valuable lessons but now it’s simply being mindful and healthy adults. I feel the love on this one. ❤

I never knew how much that show meant to me until I saw this and your new podcast as a trio with Daniel. I just wanted to thank you all for being there with me when I was child. I try to be a better version of myself everyday.

Started watching because of the nostalgia of the show but this episode is so important. Especially about getting in touch with who you really are, even tho there's so much chaos happening outside, in the industry, and inside. So glad you're both in a better place in life right now and just listened to the ned pod, loving this new journey for you and daniel 🥰

First time watcher, but long time fan. ❤ this episode has made you two my favorite people. I love the depth and vulnerability in this conversation with each other, especially because I also struggle with BPD. I want so badly to have these types of open conversations with people, I just haven't found them yet. I'll go on and on about the universe, spirituality, mental health, healing and so on. And I just kinda get a blank stare back, or they're on their phone. I am finally truly healing and all of this really touched my heart. 💕

To be honest I stumbled across this podcast as a past Ned's fan myself, and it is so nostalgic seeing ya'll together that it brings back a whirlwind of memories that are relatable in my own life with my first love. Seeing you two be able to sit down and just talk with love makes me so envious, it is honestly crazy how similar Ned's Declassified was to my own experiences, it's kinda overwhelming digging into this Ned podcast universe. I guess I buried a lot of shit and this is a great reminder it all happened and to be thankful for it all

oh men, I REALLY need a podcast of both of you discussing topics of mental health, life in general, and why not social movements or outlooks of the world. This podcast has been sooo good for reflecting on myself and it is very easy to relate to your journey of maturing even though I've never been an actor nor anything related to. This podcast was so therapeutic for me. Thank you a lot ♥

I waa in my early 20s when this show aired (I'm old lol). But, it resonated so much with my own middle/high school experience. And,it was a great half hour of laughs. Glad to see you all are doing well.

I love how honest and raw Lindsey is about her BPD. I was diagnosed about 10 years ago and have been doing pretty good the last few years. DBT was such a game changer for me -- and on a less happier note my chronic illness flaring forced me to choose myself and have boundaries so much more. I wish I had a Devon in my life both then and now. 😭😭

What a wonderful and thoughtful conversation. This was awesome to watch. Thank you both for opening up. Being real and honest. I still feel the chemistry from you both. I hope that's not presumptuous to say. I just feel that love still radiating. If its meant to be...it shall. That's all I'm saying!

So I’m usually a listener but today I was a watcher and either way these episodes are so healing to listen to weekly ❤ also I’m requesting some more Ned’s cast to come on to discuss what you wish you’d cover on the show that weren’t covered! (Lisa, Suzie, Gordy, Scott Fellows!!!)

Lindsay… and you, all of you in the podcasts I’ve been watching, are making such a profound impact on people by just being open and sharing your journeys of growth along side of all of us growing up with you (I’m 30, life and the world are hard af sometimes to navigate) than you ever have with your careers. I still wish you well in whatever you decided to do in that realm - whether it’s acting or something else, but I think it’s important to take the opportunity to realize how sharing our stories is really what is the most meaningful for people. Lots of love.

I’m glad that they had a great time filming Ned’s Declassified, and had no negative experiences like other shows on Nick. It sucks hearing about how child actors were abused and taken advantage of on set. You grow watching these shows and you just hope that the actors had as much fun filming and making show as you did watching it.

I love the honesty. Being the same age and having watched them growing up... just love this. More celebrities should be open and honest (to a point) about real life stuff.

I love the Neds podcast. I love this podcast. And it actually is better than a show. I think I prefer to see Devon and Lindsey over Ned and Moze at this point in my adult life. Also the way you two were talking about Devon’s sisters baby 🥰 So freaking adorable.

Exactly the thing you said around min 44, about that little victories and how your body will awake feeling great, it´s exactly what I need to learn, because I´m doing that healthier changes and also been able to change a little bit the way I´m thinking about sth and been able to rest and stop overthinking, It´s one of the changes i need to do to feel good finally. I will start doing that shifts, just a little bit and I will find my inner peace. Thanks guys!

Man! Thank God I watched Ned as a kid.Finding out about this podcast has changed my life. I can relate to everything you're saying, I'm close to my 30s as well, and I've been going through some shit. Just by listening to your life's experiences,it makes me understand that it's never too late to reinvent yourself and that there are things far more important in life that you need to work on before trying to make it big at your career.
