One way to get better with girls is working on and embracing your masculinity. Women tend to be very attracted to masculine men - as long as that masculinity is authentic, it can be both a very healthy and attractive thing to work on. ... SUBSCRIBE ON KZfaq: bit.ly/SubscribetoFEARLESS
FEARLESS founder Brian Begin answers a viewer comment about becoming more masculine, and talks about how important and powerful embracing your masculinity can be not just in being attractive and good with women, but for your entire life.

What’s the quickest way to improve your dating? Simple you need to discover a few things (1) what is it that you are doing that’s pushing women away (2) how do you self reject (3) how do women experience you? You’ll be surprised how such simple things make such a difference once you see that it’s not about attraction women, but rather what’s preventing your natural ability to attract the feminine? That’s exactly what we teach at Fearless live events - click below to learn more New York City - www.thefearlessman.com/live-nyc-yt Bucharest Romania - www.thefearlessman.com/live-buch-yt

This is fantastic advice. I’ve made it a personal mission in each interaction to stay in my body. It’s life-changing. I’ve never felt so calm. My body may be releasing tons of anxiety, but just feeling it releases us from letting it control us. Two big notes on feeling the body that have worked. 1) unlock your knees. We tend to brace our knees and tense up 2) release your belly and breathe into it. Thanks so much for this content. I’m on a journey of reowning my masculinity. Guys like you, Elliot Hulse and others have been like a light in a dark place. Rock on man!

I know exactly what you’re talking about in this video from feeling the pressure rising up into your head and not feeling grounded. I’ve been walking around in and out of a state of anxiety and or fear or feeling or losing your masculine energy. So I’m sensing this but I don’t exactly know why it’s happening or understand what is happening to me. So listening to your video is enlightening. Almost like a revelation. I have set out to work on this and improve these things beings that I am a father of three boys and I don’t want them to struggle blindly with these challenges. Struggle and resistance is good, But a perpetual toxic cycle repeating itself if you have no understanding of why things are happening or just are not aware of these things and you fall victim to it is not good. I have now subscribed to your channel and turned on the notification bell and will be studying your videos from here on out. I’ll continue to research the work that you’re doing, Maybe if you’re in town doing an event I’ll make sure to be present. Thank you very much! Also I am experiencing daily the play with those pockets of tension and shy away from them, very seldomly embracing them and seeing the results like all you have to do is be open to it. And I’ve experience more than not shying away from that tension and or panicking when encountered with this tension and I end up feeling a high level of anxiety and feeling awkward. I have experienced both sides of having masculine energy and not having masculine energy and the older I get and the different levels of interactions socially you encounter, it’s harder to mask the internal imbalances that were never addressed. So I am forced to now look within to assess and troubleshoot and understand what is causing these states and how to reverse engineer this to where I can for fill my capacity as an individual and as a man. More importantly to set a good example for my son’s! Thanks Zack

You are a great role model and are definitely helping a lot of guys out there who don't or didn't have anyone to guide them in their journey as a man.

Curious how long the rough days lasted with cold approach?
@theawkwardcharismatic
@theawkwardcharismatic 4 жыл бұрын
@@ericwimer4067 It honestly just depends on how you learn things. I used to follow everything to a tee. I would religiously follow RSD or simple pickup, but I never understood the messages behind what they were trying to teach. I would try to emulate their techniques, hoping any one of them would work. How I really got better was figuring out why I wanted to approach women in the first place. I wanted to get a girlfriend after being single for so long. I had great friends, but I was lonely in not having an intimate relationship. When I understood my “why,” my game got infinitely better. It was hilarious actually. I was cold approaching for 3 years, and I would constantly get rejected or flaked. But the truth is, I didn’t know my “why” at the time. I had no idea why I would approach women. I would think it was because I wanted to hook up with them. Or maybe I wanted to show off to my PUA wingmen that I got a hot lay. But finally after 3 years, I realized it was because I just wanted intimacy. I started being more honest during my approaches. And because of that, all those flakes and rejections turned into dates and multiple hookups. It’s been 2 years since I posted this comment and I am at a different point in my life. I stopped cold approaching since then because I am in a happy relationship with my girlfriend. But I still comeback to the fearless man’s content because a lot of his tips are applicable even in a relationship. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been in a relationship for 5, 10, or 15+ years- the game never ends. TLDR: Everything depends on how you learn and implement things. Figure out your why and the results will come.

@@TheFearlessMan so basically when i start to feel that emotional pump i need to switch focus from this pump to my lower body(hips stomach, belly) and surrender to feeling in this areas so i can be more calm day by day, because i do not give so much attention on how i feel about speaking to someone but rather on how i feel inside in lower body? I hope i get it right even with my current english level.

Hey Fearless! I fist found your channel 4 days ago. I saw 6 of your videos (One of which I am commenting on) . On the fist day I decided to manifest the teachings and make them a part of myself. The third day, while at work ( I currently work as a waiter) I entertained a table with 8 girls dining and they demanded that I came to them with the bill and sat down with them. I talked to them for half an hour and 3 of them wanted my Face book. And today, Forth day. I had a couple wanting me to join their table with sexual tension and then a girl (witch I were not interested in) were hitting on me for 2 hours straight... your material is powerful. Thank you so much! Could you make a video on “How to reject a girl/ woman in a kind/ the best way”? No ill intent, but she was ON and pretty intense. I could feel her energy and stare while working and was not interested what so ever. Epic content my Friend.

Very relevant, for all human interaction, but not many people are aware of it, some guys who have it naturally, don't know how to teach it like Brian, because it's natural and they are not aware of how they use it, in interactions, , he highlights need to be aware of this. A pumped attitude and technic changes, can produce hit and miss results, but this will give you a long-term understanding of the best ways to change states and manage your emotions in pressure situations, such as meeting women, I ve only just felt this from more eye contact, pressure situations and learning to enjoy it rather than trying to run or pretend it's all right, by numbing my self to emotion that comes up, if only, I'd been aware of this in my 20s

There is something I need to share with you guys from my personal experience, when I used to consume THC ( smoking Marijuana) and Alcohol 2 years ago, It seemed I was more capable to grow my masculinity and also to make women attracted to me. I was more even able to psychologically connect with them and to make relationship easier with them. Once I completely changed my life, staying sober for almost 1 year and half until now, It feels really hard to communicate with them and to even share my feelings with them than I used to do before. I feel no longer a bad ass. I still wonder myself does it have to do with the THC effects that usually changes your personality or does it have to do with your self confidence ?
@TheFearlessMan
@TheFearlessMan 8 жыл бұрын
Both, but ultimately it's about your confidence without any substances affecting that. A lot of guys experience this when they stop using alcohol as a crutch-I don't allow guys to have even a drop when we take them out to be social-sometimes that's tough on them, but they're building real confidence that way that doesn't require any crutches.

A simple exercise that may help. Pick an item that the lady is wearing, say how nice it is and ask her where she got it. Most women are flattered that you noticed.

Is It confident for a man to stand open but leaning to one side like he open legs but he's has a lean in the hips kinda like a shift? Idk how to describe it but hopefully you get what I mean is this seen as confident?

This is just impossible to me. I stay too much in my head and fear has taken control over myself. Fear to do everything even stepping into a gym, talking about my problems with family or friends. Obviously no girlfriends ever in my life i’m the shy guy. In my head i constantly think about changing but i can’t put it into action going back to the same old security blanket over my head

There's no way around taking action, but using a tension journal can help make it more manageable: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fcqKaq5_mNeZYmQ.html

A tension journal won't help. All that'll do is remind you of your failures. Unfortunately, I too, had to accept the fact that some of us were just meant to not have women see any worth in us.

I want to come see you in 2019. Can I talk with you to see if we can work out a plan? I didn’t feel really heard or understood talking to your sales team..
@TheFearlessMan
@TheFearlessMan 5 жыл бұрын
Hi Trakman, I just do not have time to handle sales individually. We have a pricing structure and payment plan structure (for intensives only) that they must stick to. When you’re ready and it’s a big enough priority for you, you’ll make it happen just like I did when I didn’t have much money. I’m not completely sure who you spoke with, but if you really didn’t jive with them, you can usually reach my business partner Dave at info@TheFearlessMan.com - He’s unlikely to be any more flexible than the structure he’s set for the entire team, though.

Thanks for your comment Shivamil. Pickup and connection are two different things. At Fearless, we coach men to have a vibrant relationship with women and femininity in general so connection happens naturally without work. This comes from letting go of goals and agendas with women. What did you mean by forcing sexuality at someone? I maybe have a problem with this, being sexually attracted to girls who aren't too interesting to me, but don't get turned on as much by the girls that actually interest me. So maybe that is causing me problems when I try to approach them.

"forcing sexuality at someone"? I don't remember that - I made this video a while ago. Give me more context and submit it to TheFearlessMan.com/askbrian - KZfaq doesn't notify me about replies after the original comment

Wounded heart. My experience when you get into relationship with women they try to change who you are constantly and shame you for behaviors that are just you. It seems from my experience women have this feminist overconfidence and they don't see any problems with them all the problems are with me. I see this with my friends relationships they basically give everything and all their time to the women and I don't hear from them until they are dumped. Also women that are attractive and have a lot of options are very distracted with all the social media and tinder. They seem to always be looking for a man that is the next best thing instead of seeing the value of the man in front of them. I am not sure if it is all the options they have is distracting or wanting the next big thing. How do you get the woman to focus her attention on you or is this impossible with the way social media is. I have seen how many guys and dating sites see gets 200 super likes per week. Seems like endless opportunities for cock and prizes. Feminist overconfidence is another issue I see with women over valuing themselves they can do better than you. It seems like a fire sale in the dating market where desperate men are doing anything to get with women like paying their bills, rent, or some other simp thing. I knew this one women who was 25Kg overweight and her standards were that she doesn't date guys over 10% body fat but she herself is overweight. It seems women are the empowered ones and feel superior to men so if you don't stand out or have money to burn they are not interested. Being a grounded man is great but it seems many women are just looking for Simps to use and if you don't fit that they move on. However, I know negro men that can turn an attractive women into their slave but they say it is the lack of self confidence and self esteem they pick at to break them. Unfortunately, the same woman would just use her pseudo self confidence and feminism to reject a regular guy. Why do women allow themselves to be abused by negros and would not even accept this abusive and quickly report if it is white man? I am just curious what your insights are on this.

@@TheFearlessMan Also, no matter what negative things women, (or anyone), says, or does, they are all opportunities to find our center. If a girlfriend/spouse constantly nags you/I, then we must learn to both, be open minded and objective enough to recognize what is reasonable and right to change within ourselves, and simultaneously, we must be grounded enough to not be shaken from what it is that is unreasonable, and not right to change; this way, we will be flexible, but not a pushover.
