Honestly, Antonio, you truely speak to us understanding that we are all different, and do offer us the typical 'wear this shirt and everyone will love you' stuff that only works for specific people and in specific situations...you offer fundamental and authentic advice that helps you improve YOURSELF, not try to be better than the person next to you. Don't worry about others. You can only manage yourself. First rule. Smile...at everyone. So many people dont. Smile and you become approachable, then you are a leader, people look to you. Second rule listen. Ask people about themselves...remember their partners/children's names Last rule. Be decisive. Based on your believes not what you think others want to hear.

In October of last year, i switched from ciggs to vape. I know i didn't "quit," but it still gave me a feeling of achievement and optimism. Enough so, I started working on other things in life like skin care, diet, strength training, and abstaining from "self pleasure".

From someone that's been exercising rigorously for 30 consecutive years, use the physical stuff as a distraction to become mindful of what's happening in the periphery of the mind. There's more than gold up there. If ever there was a place where the Jedi would get their info, it's in the areas we're NOT paying attention to while we're paying attention. ☁Think of it as exercise daydreaming, that I've found to be easier early in the morning. ⏰

I wish I could talk to Antonio. I am 57 years old and want nothing more than to “break through” in life before the ice breaks and my time is up. I stand 5’3” and I only attained that height because of twelve years of growth hormone injections. I have other issues because of growth hormone injections, including the fact I need to take hydrocortisone daily, which keeps the weight on, and my tolerance for exercise is nonexistent. I am so lonely and don’t feel I can work on what I could work on if I didn’t have to deal with the disorder. I know I sound pathetic. News flash: I often feel that way.

Hey bro, help me out. I've looked all over. Do you know where I can find a white pin stripe suit also know as pencil stripe (white suit with black pin stripes). I've checked every story at the mall, Nostrom, Macy's, Amazon, Shein, The Men's Warehouse, Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana. I bought one 10 years ago, it was easy to find back in those days, but it doesn't fit me anymore.

@@moorshound3243 As long as people don't overdo it, a blunt once in a while won't hurt anyone (of course it's not for everyone). It makes you relax, both psysically and mentally. And you can get weed that only contains cbd. No thc (or at least very small amounts, that won't make a difference). So it won't make you high or stoned. Only relaxed. A beer or a glass of wine once in a while probably won't hurt either, but - hopefully - it goes without saying that people shouldn't get sh*tfaced on hard liquor on a daily basis. About the coke, it's full of chemicals. No matter how pure (unless you chew raw leafs, of course). So personally I agree, it's not my cup of tea either. But if people want to do it, feel free to. As long as they can control it. Which unfortunately isn't always the case.

Antonio, I really like your videos. But your style (and looks...) show your age...👀 I would like some channel/thing/suggestions for mature, classy people but with an edge. There is a gap between channels for teenagers recommending over-expensive crap and Antonio's sort of style, classy but a tad to conservative for my taste. 🤨
