I like your video. I learned a lot growing up. I saw how living conditions changed my point of view on my life as an adult. I learned not to want anything. Greed is more like a mental illness. It keeps people depressed, and addicted to wanting more. I can't think that way.

Seneca and Epictetus, prominent Stoic philosophers, argued that wealth is not defined by possessions but by inner contentment and freedom from desire.

Everyone's definition of what others intentions are or what motivates them is personal. One does not have to tell a story before accessing what thoughts came to mind. People from different back grounds have different needs People's intentions vary and not necessarily financial wealth, so until one tells a story before others, would say aha that's why he or she acts that way. In other words, I don't have to explain myself on this platform to tell others what my intentions are. It is personal to me!

Epictetus once said, 'Wealth consists not in having great possessions, but in having few wants.' What are your thoughts on applying this Stoic principle to modern-day financial success?

I don't know your situation but the core idea of stoicism is self improvement through a life of virtue. If you're having trouble meeting a debt, it just means that there is room for improvement. You just need to find the rational way to solve it while still remaining true to yourself. As someone who's been there once before, I hope you're able to find what you need.
