I have not maded a full fledged game in my learning progress but i learned to designe and make game machanics + I learned about game lore also fully learned how to code for a game using C# and in todays time I am learning C++ for unreal engine. I learned so much about Unity engine and i have a full game design ready to make a game that is around 25 pages long 😁😁. But for now all these things are stopped due to class 11 because, this is the time for doing studies not game dev

A degree is not that important here, you should have a good portfolio

Now, in Unity Get to know about Monobehaviour Class, Update, Fixed Update, deltaTime, Time.deltaTime, Lifecycle of Unity, Coroutines, Camera , Render Modes in Camera, Raycast, Maths Stuffs like Quaternion, Euler Angles, Lerp, Slerp, Prefabs, Colliders, Event Systems etc. Complete them first. You'll just have to test it on multiple configurations

You can determine the system requirements by just testing it in your device and according to its performence you can determine performance on other system without testing. Note : the system in which your game is getting 60 or more average FPS ( FOR EVERY LEVEL) is the system requirment for your game😉. Hope its helpful.

Note: If you cant understand what i am talking about LEARN ABOUT SYSTEM HARDWARE. FOR ANDROID :- You must test your game on a 2gb or more ram mobile and if you get consistent 30 fps system requirments will be your system and above and "If" you can get 40 to 60 fps you can run it to same ram mobile and also some lower android version mobiles BUT YOU CANT RUN IT CONSISTENT ON VERSIONS LESS THEN 4.4.2. FOR PC (WINDOWS) :- If you are testing your game in a system that have i3 (9th gen) + 8 GB DDR4 ram + gtx 1050 ti (4gb vram ddr5 type) and getting 40 fps (average) it means that it will run on this system + higher systems + a system with 1050 3gb

If a kid just play GTA and decides to make a game similar to GTA, we'll have games like GTA and not games like Death Stranding. Also, as developer, one should respect all kind of games.

@@harshitgupta5002 Well what actually happens is if people start in early age, they don't have any idea of new mechanics and new genres and stick to single development. Moreover, having no idea on game development completely will result in having huge goals which are technically unachievable and leave the game developement by the time they reach collage and leave their game developing goals. What I suggest is to just play games atleast till they are in college and know more about the user end side of gaming and later get into development. Having an idea in development before going into development is always welcomed in gaming industry and scope for succeeding is higher
