Police officers in Australia have high respect because of their responsibilities and creating balance in society. Recently I did a podcast with Australian police officer whose background is Pakistani and came to Australia on student visa. Later on after getting his Australian citizenship, he joined police and now working in New South Wales police department.
My main goal of having this podcast was to know how someone can apply to join police force. How reliable the job and what kind of duties they perform. Another important question was how much police officer in Australia earns. We also talked about the public opinions about police and how they try to protect the society.
