This is a method I use to bend an H channel out of aluminum metal (or a “soffit miter” or double J-Channel.) This can be scaled up to a 10’6” or 12’6” piece depending on the length of your metal brake.

This one may take me a while. It looks like I should get some remodel work going. I do a lot of new construction, but have done plenty of re-sides too. I put it in my notes though.

Gotcha, there wasn’t any lights in there. It’s kind of surprising how cameras still struggle in low light.

I made an updated video with a paper sketch… it’s not perfect still and may take some patience to watch, but I think with the two videos together it better demonstrates how to bend the H channel. Thanks!
