In this video, I will show you how to bend a tree with your own hands in any shape you need. First, cut the slats and calibrate them, slats 3-6 mm thick are suitable for bending the tree.

Thats not a planner guys....its a drum sander. He is flattening the pieces by sanding in this instance.

And a jointer. And a spindle sander. And a festool mitre saw. Still educational to watch though. Could do the same thing with hand planes and around 6x the time 😂

Of course they do. Because they can't make anything impressive without having all the machines to solve all the problems for them that would otherwise only be possible to solve with ample skill and experience.

I am trying to make something like a mid century thronet chair and the legs curve under seat, is this possible for this? strong enough? I also need curved back 12" by 18"

You're going to make mincemeat of your fingers if you work without a guard on your jointer, please be careful. Very good work with the bending and laminating, I'm learning from you how to do it. I've to fix chairs with bentwood spars in back, have to replace the broken ones.
