Oh yeah, forgot to mention that block-hitting doesn’t reduce damage, that was patched years ago

It does reduce damage, I tested on Lunar.

@Ali Khan guys, 1.8 or below is fine, even if u dont have the animations mod for 1.8 its still works. It just doesnt have the animstions for 1.7

@SonOfAPlatypus but it takes 20 years to actually reduce damage, that's why only ping lords with 3ms are unstoppable regardless of their skill

A pvp strategy that I use is when I am in a match where there is an island (ex: bedwars and skywars) you can set a sprint key in controls and when your near an edge you can spam that so you deal more knockback and not fall off the edge.

Ali Khan watch a tutorial on KZfaq: How to blockhit. It’s smart to blockhit on your first hit, and after that hit normally, to keep him in combo. But watching a tutorial would be smart

@Ali Khan it doesnt blok the enemys hit, it gives you advantage. If you block your swoard and hit the enemy at the same time, he takes morr knockback, and then you can also get him in a combo.

Change your version to 1.8.9 because in the newer versions they change the animations

I dont really recommend blockhiting when circle strafing because you will slow down and your opponent would be able to hit you and you would start trading hits it is also posssible that you can deal too much knockback and hit them out of your range so you would not be able to combo them

When I do it, it blocks and then hits normally. It works but it doesn’t do the animation that you get. I’m on 1.8, does that matter?
