Glutathione peroxidase is copper activated. Low copper means low glutathione activity. Search Morley Robbins and interview him. He explains copper/iron metabolism.

​​​​@@DEPHECTDJIf you eat meat every day then save a buck and don't take a glycine sup. Taking NAC alone is sufficient. Someone who eats a carnivore diet would get at the very least 5g of glycine everyday. I personally get about 12-16g per day :)
