@AWDCUTLASS

Darrington Morris very little gets on the back side. The resin flows through the path of least resistance. Since the bag is sucked flat against the smooth surface of the mold the resin is forced through the carbon.

Hi AWD Cutlass. I want to build a facility for making carbon fiber parts of vehicles, used in projects, in my university. Can you please guide me based upon your experience, what materials (machinery ) and how much money will be required for establishing this facility. It will be a great help from your side.

Great video but the editing was a little too much with the zoom out picture fade out you used.

As I’ve learned with my car, Carbon fiber parts will curl and deform over time.

Then Audi must’ve used really bad products because some of my CF trim/panels warped badly. It’s why I’m here watching your tutorials lol $900.00 for a 3x12” piece of CF trim seems a little extreme.

Nice video, but without titling each step of the work (and the material you use), unfortunately, the video become not very useful.

By the way, the worst thing one can do in laying up fabric-reinforced composites is to touch the fabric by hand, because the natural oil of your skin will not allow optimal adhesion of the resin to fibres. Always wear plastic gloves!

The title clearly states it's a time lapse correct? NO WHERE does it say this is a step by step guide on carbon fiber making. Use your head before trying to insult someone. It did exactly what it said, it showed a time lapse of him doing it he isn't guiding and instructing you! Typical millennial expecting everything laid out for you so you don't have to look anything up quit being fuckin lazy
