How to Build a DIY Track Saw - Woodworking Hack!

A relatively simple woodworking project that will pay off. Learn how I built my own track saw using only my circular saw, some MDF, spare screws and glue... It cost me nothing and works just as good as high end versions!

Great built.I used laminate flooring thus gaining some 10mm cutting depth.

Perhaps look at rubber or other no slip material to put under the base to keep the track steady for a long cut

That's a great idea! A strip of rubber can be placed under the cut edge (so it doesn't ruin the splinter guard), in the middle and at the backside
