It's important to note, the #1 thing that holds most people back from building the physique they're proud of is this: Lack of consistency.
The next thing that holds people back is spinning their wheels by working hard without working SMART.
This is why I made this video. Yes, they're basic principles but in my opinion, if you focus on these three things, you'll build MORE muscle in LESS time:
1. Lift Heavier Weight
2. Slow Down Your Reps
3. Take Less Rest

Great video! That’s me back to 4 days a week, 2 lower, 2 upper, focusing on compound movements no more than an hour in the gym each time! So far that’s 5 weeks on the bounce! These videos keep the motivation levels up

Awesome video 🎉 Do you ever train to failure or do you keep a few reps in the tank for each set? Experimenting a bit myself with not going to failure to reduce fatigue afterwards.

Training to failure is great 💪 yeah I get there often. Sometimes not all the way but like a 3 rep max

Hey, I love the content and the uplifting message you share-truly inspired by God's wisdom! It was wonderful connecting with you at the Murf event. However, I often struggle with pain when increasing weight, which sidelines me for a few days. Any tips on how to avoid this?

My man!! 🤟 so good brother 🫂 I agree. For pain I’d need to see your form and know how much you’re increasing. I think pain comes in two forms. One is dull, the other is sharp. Avoid sharp pain. Then upping weight too quickly can cause injury of course but form is likely a bigger cause.
