Hey everyone,
In this video, we build the BRAND NEW 14th Doctor's TARDIS from the Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials. This includes the exterior and around half of the interior - part 2 will cover the rest of the interior. Enjoy!

This TARDIS is currently used by David Tennant (14th Doctor) and Catherine Tate (Donna Noble), but is likely to also be the interior used by Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor and his companion Ruby Sunday (played by Millie Gibson). Really nice so far! This tardis was a blast to make and one of my favorite designs. Like Smith’s first one, it really emphasizes “bigger on the inside”

I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is I’m happy that you finally got to build this tardis. The bad news is that I accidentally deleted the world I created that I was copying your other tardis tutorials on. So unfortunately I’m gonna have to go back through your previous tutorials again before moving onto this one. Sorry. But you know what, at least it will save me the anxiety of having to wait for the second part of this.

I'm not really planning on redoing the classic ones, as other than maybe the first 1 or 2 tutorials I wouldn't really do anything different today :)

@@DT10 ok man i wouldnt mind if u did updated tutorials on the 1 or 2. maybe someday if u come back to maybe even the 8th doctors one i feel like u can even update the roof to include the planets and maybe even the eye of harmony room and the room where the masters remains are!

yep - first special was the day I started building it, uploaded part 1 on the day of the 2nd special, and uploading part 2 on the day of the 3rd. almost like I planned it ;) (i didn't)

I like to put a banner with a rough drawing of the interior inside the extirior so when you walk in you don't just see the inside of the police box but the inside of the tardis. Just for a nicer transition

The invisible item frame command doesn't seem to be working; I copied it straight from the description too. Is it a bug in a newer version?

it probably is, as I believe they updated all the NBT stuff in 1.20.5. I'll try and work out a fix at some point, but I'd just look up how to get an invisible item frame in the latest version for now

So I’m doing it on bedrock edition and the command for the invisible item frames isn’t working.. can anyone help!

unfortunately I believe invisible item frames aren't possible to get in bedrock. I'd recommend placing buttons as an alternative - a black button for the phone box on the door, and birch buttons instead of the white stained glass around the entrance :)

I thought in new who only 9/10s tardis and 14/15s are the half console. I thought both of 11a tardis, 12s and 13s were a complete set

I believe 11a was originally a half set but around half way through they added an extra wall, including the spider web thingy. 12 and 13 are full sets tho yeah
