"best super car ever made" lol no, the only thing asian car brands are good for are these shitty npc type cars like civics, elantras and camrys that people buy for under 30k just to get from point a to point b but are insanely miserable to drive. They’re literally the only reason anyone still makes cars under 200hp. There’s more to cars than reliability, that’s why when they try to make anything that even remotely resembles a super car or a sports car they just end up creating embarrassing and ugly pieces of crap. People wanting affordable stuff is the only reason they’re even in the market.

Maybe not for people over a certain weight but Volvo only competitor for comfort. Then you have Subaru for the mid-priced level. And with all the money in the world, buying a car that lasts half as long as another brand that is less or equally comfortable than the other brand would be a moronic move then and now even more so. Look at the prices skyrocketing!

@@clotheman i'm assuming you were being hyperbolic but the Lexus absolutely doesn’t last twice as long as other brands, super cars in general are a lot more reliable than you think. The Huracan in particular being exceptionally reliable. The Lexus could be "more reliable" in the sense that they are more forgiving to neglect or poor maintenance which is the case with most of the shitty toyota/honda npc cars i previously mentioned, but we don't even know that given the rarity of the car. Realistically speaking they're probably not any more reliable than their competition at all. A moronic move would be to buy a Lexus LFA because, why on earth would you? If it's about performance, well the lexus really underperformed and was behind it's competition even at it's release. One of the main reasons it got so much shit when it came out was because it was no faster than a 458 while being twice as expensive. If it's purely about vanity or a status symbol then you’d get a Bugatti or a Lamborghini because non-car people would think the lexus is a discount ferrari even if it's actually insanely priced for what it is. If it's about money, you'd get literally almost anything else and still have a better car compared to the lexus. But for the purpose of not "wasting money" or getting good value, nothing beats the Corvette (which also performs better than the lexus lol). The comfort aspect is of course very subjective specially when comparing supercars so you would have to really, and i mean REALLY prefer the comfort and interior of the lexus to justify buying it over anything else. That or you’re an enthusiast with too much money.
