I visited several times at Lenskart, but such kind of service from Lenskart never experienced

I experienced 6 stores of lenskart … at 2 cities … experience is always same…… Store people never bother … explore their collection … they never suggest you anything… you have to ask by your own… Titan plus is far better than this…If u want a good suggestion for eye glass sunglass better buy online .. or it any offline store but .. Never ever go Lenskart…They always disappoint you..👍

Its not what they show you in this video to be actually happening in a store...1st. I visited twice lenskart store..all you choose by yourself and no one recommends you any frames according to ur facial structure 2nd. I purchased glasses with progressive lens for my father with a gold membership for which it avails a free eyeglass..i chose one for me ..i didnt like it after the delivery was done for the sizing and fit..i went over for exchange..they say 14days no questions asked return and exchange policy, but hell man the manager asked so many questions why i was returning and that its actually not doable to exchange product....it was as if they really dont want to go along with what the policy mentions in Lenskart. Too much of hassle where there shouldn't be any as to the basis of the very policy Lenskart provide. After a lot of questionnaire they did exchange it. My only thing is tht it should be hassle free as according to what Your policy says,stick to what it says.

Maine 30/06/2022 Date ko ek eye glasses Order kyaa tha aur 07/07/2022 ko delivery dikha Raha tha . Iska MRP: 2360 tha aur maine payment bhi kar diya.But not delivered.

I went to the lenskart store today after watching this video hoping to get same kind of services but they just told me the prices like this side frames are for 3000rs and the rest of all are 1600 and below you can choose it for yourself🤷‍♂️ there is no service at all.. Like showing what actually suits me what is my frame size nothing they talked to me about. They just standing at their places and watching what I'm doing that's it. Waste of time to visit lenskart store

U guys keep just a handfull of products for lesser price and u claim that all the products tat u sell are of low price in all ur advertisements. People are well aware of all that... I would always prefer local family optometrists . They are also well experienced and they really know how to deal with our eyes..

The lenses u purchase in lenskart for Rs.3600 which are in House branded means not premium lenses like Crizal or Carl zeiss u get in just Rs.1200 to 1600 and they just make it quick you dont have wait for 1 week. So trust your family optometrist or optician. Don't fall for their marketing.

This is actually not good for a country also as the wealth is not equally distributed among the people of the country, the rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer. These companies are designed in such a way that if you enter the store they will make you buy anything and give you offers like to buy a gold membership by paying ₹500 more or to insure your specs for ₹99 and whatsoever. And this will never be of your use instead you pay 500 or more for a spect that you could easily get cheaper in a local offline store. #vocalforlocal.
