My local land bank conduct back door deals around board tables, board tables that are composed of certain type of individuals. The local bank became just another real estate investor club with most times minorities getting access to the crumbs that are HIGH RISK ( likely to be in the red) Investment. They typically announce and profile a poster child to keep the front going. Believe me, I have sat in some meetings to listen in.

Just finding this channel and discussion while prepping for a presentation on land banks next week. Would love to speak with you about the land banks in Georgia, they follow state law established in 2012 to regulate specific actions and authorities.

Hi, I just came across your YT channel. great information. I am a Real Estate Investor. My focus is on purchasing vacant residential lots and land from tax deed auctions. my exit strategy is to buy and flip them to make a profit. My question is how can I benefit from Land Banks? Not interested in structures/buildings at this time

Hi , great content , point is the land banks wants proof of funds for 100.000 usd to renew it , that’s a thought one , cause maybe you manage to have 15k or close cash , but 100k… , any tip on how to avoid that requirement? Thanks 💪😎

Do I have to be a Michigan resident to buy from the Detroit Land Bank? Their website is not clear on this. I am from California and Nevada. I want to buy homes, fix them, and rent them out. Thank you.

Good video, from what I’ve learned so far this man knows what he’s talking about. Any way to contact him? Facebook, email, etc. I’ve reached out to counties for tax deed surplus properties. But is there a site or a place to reach the “land banks”
