Did you say that holding down the double shot button and continuous run button after calibrating returns you to normal mode?

Yes when navigating on different set modes & you want to go back to the normal control modes, long press the double shot button & the continouse run button( menu button) simultatiouniously for few seconds.

Can you please tell me how stable the settings should be? I program the strait of the group, but during the day it goes off in steps of up to 10 grams.

I do calibration 3 times in a day: Morning Afternoon Evening Especially when its a bizy shift day, the coffee beans will change with the climates hence variences in espresso brewing ratios.

When calibrating the machine from the the left group head and pressing the menu key mode, when saving your disred volumetrics. Press all saving buttons simultaniously from all group with uniformity. This will make you have equal volumes and same settings on all group heads

Hi There is some problem I my LA Marzocco GB5 Machine.. Hope to get some help.. I changed the flow meter Gicar sensor and impeller of the flowmeter.. After replacing the parts and cleaning the group heads I did programme the water volumetric as shown in this video for all first four button and saved the programme by clicking On/ OFF button.. So after programming I press the first button to start the cycle. But the cycle did not get start. Similar to 2,3 4 th button..CYCLE did not start . All the lights of button are glow up but it did not work.. similar to the second group Head button... I did same programming for 2nd group Head. But after water volumetric programme the cycle did not start.. What exactly has happened? Did I miss anything?
