In this Florida fishing episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel we go offshore to catch mahi. Tim shows us some great ways on how to catch mahi. In our case we used chunk bait to catch mahi. Phil even used some artificial baits to catch mahi mahi.
It's finally that time of year in Florida when you can catch mahi in Florida. And that means it's time for a mahi catch cook and clean. This is the first mahi catch and cook I have done this year! I'm going to make the infamous mahi sandwich.
But before we cook mahi we need to clean mahi! And Tim will show you how to clean mahi. There are different methods to clean mahi and this is one of them. After we finish cleaning the mahi it's time to make a Florida mahi sandwich.
