This is a great video! Thank you for creating it! I have 2 other home embroidery machines that have seriously spoiled me on ease of use! I cannot fathom why an industrial machine would use round shank needles! The flat shank needles used on home machines ensures that the needle gets inserted correctly. It is much easier to feel the flat back of the shank than it is that scarf on the needle end of the round shank. I used the needle nose pliers to hold the needle for insertion, then a magnifying glass to double check the position. This was my first needle change, so I understand there is a learning curve, but jeepers, a ROUND shank? Thanks anyway for your video!

Are you using the 90-14 need as well? If so can you possibly show how you changed that ?

I took my needle out but can’t get it or a new one back in all the way. It’s like something is blocking it. Any suggestions?

The needle immediately breaks again when I want to continue embroidering. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Short and sweet, but straight to the point! Although you have a specific Allen wrench to get up in that area, is it difficult?

No. It's super easy. It was just harder for me because there was a camera in the way 😂

Hey 🖐🏾 I am trying to change my needles for the first time on my Ricoma EM 1010 and for some reason is not working for me. The Allen tool is not grabbing the whole. I used the second to the last. I tried it on the other needles and the same thing happened 🤷🏾‍♀️

@@KaylaKrische I tried the next size and it was to big. I got my Ricoma this past October so I thought it would use the same as yours 🤷🏾‍♀️
