I am former motor T also ASE certified tech... thats interesting about that gap on the hub there i never had that issue...it could just be a worn out rim did the new tire and rim have that issue? If so and if i recall correctly it could even be an issue with your wheel end and on a side note i recommend throwing some balancing beads in the tire if you didnt already. Which could also help smooth your ride.

@@mtvrchannel3051 I would say not to add balancing beads or those little sand bag things since they pretty much find there way into where unbalance in the rubber is at and makes it worse. One thing i noticed is that the gap is greatest on the side where the CTIS valving gear is on the rim. If i were a betting man i would bet that the CTIS is putting the balance out given that you said all 6 tires are like that. Looking at the part in the video where you took the wheel nut off and there is also gap differences around the stud, its no difference from any commercial so i wouldn't so much think about that if you had also noticed that part.
