to put the earpad on you have to start where there is little cut in the plastic and it takes 3 seconds

That is how you start, but works even better to warm earpads with hairdryer first.

Dear Buddy, Thanks for the super video! I managed to open up the right speaker, but I didnt manage to get the black wire on the Circuit, as it was ripped off soldered. I know where to get the new black&Red wires from the battery soldered on, but I have the problem with the tiny blackwire coming from the other Headphone side. Can you help? I can send you pics but how?
