HOW TO Change The Tachometer Setting & Turn Off Lane Departure Alert On A 2023 GR Corolla

Жыл бұрынI've been seeing a lot of new GR Corolla owners having and issue with both of these settings. I'll quickly show you the tachometer setting choices you have and how to set each on as well as turn off the pesky Lane Departure Alert (LDA). For many owners this might not bother you but I drive a lot of mountain and twisty roads where it always tries to keep you within the painted lines. I like to take the line I want without the car tugging me where it wants to go.

You're welcome! That's what led me to looking this up too as I don't like the flat tachometer look. I figured that others would be looking for the same thing!

@@jimsgaragetoys Do you know if there is a way to make the car defaul to track and sport mode when turning it on?

@@yeeetskeeet_ Not that I've found. It will default to "Normal" mode which is what I use for normal driving but I have to engage "Sport" mode.

Do you know how to keep the “normal” tach display in the “custom” setting?

You should be able to select which one you want. I'm away from my GR Corolla for a couple of weeks so I'll have to try and remember to look when I'm back home.
