Check your transmission itself and see what is marked on the sticker. I read online, checked forums, checked the shops, then bought Redline MTL and it make the car shift so awful.... Put the stock MFT LT3 and it fixed the issue.

@@buildanddrive i read about Redline and it was a confusing product serie from them. What model did you buy? I think so long it fits BMW spec, should it be fine. Liqui Moly oils are tight spec either LT3 or LT2/4. Some oils are offered with LT2/3/4, GL4 at once which means more "loose" formulation. It is not good. American Redline do fit different standards namely GL4 or GL5. Some even recommended Redline AF which is silly. German products for German cars should be fine. I bet original BMW is Castrol one. A bit tricky to find BMW original in Sweden.

Hardest part about doing it in the car is jacking up the car high enough 😂
