How To Clean Hunter Boots + Remove the Cloudy Film!

Today I'm sharing how I cleaned my Hunter Boots and removed the cloudy film. PLEASE OPEN & READ BELOW!
*After using the sponge, since it has an oil inside, I had a film of oil left on my floor from working with it so use an old piece of cardboard or drop cloth to prevent it!

kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rMt7lphmsN6paKc.html according to Hunter you aren’t using the buffer , your using the last step which is just meant to brush the shine oil into the boot not clean the blooming off.

Hi there! Got these boots for my wife for Christmas! I took a peak in box and they were the correct ones so I didn’t fully remove boots. So now it’s Christmas morning and she opens and the boots covered with white film or as you called it bloom! So followed another comment here about olive oil. Paper towel and olive oil and 5 minutes boots look exactly as described! The high gloss is back!! Thank you everyone!

Use “Armor All” tire shine. It also is formulated to clean rubber. Olive works and it’s natural but it doesn’t last as long.

Hunter has a video that says to clean when water first and let dry then use their spray cleaner then use the buffer you have. They say that cloudy stuff is called bloom.

I have a black pair also and the right one has bloom on it, they are brand new. oh, are they V. Secret leggings?

I used a Mr Clean magic eraser and olive oil ...first I cleaned them of dirt dried them

My kit came with a spray and shammy, then to use the buffer. You haven’t sprayed and used the shammy first.

Have you checked to see if the spray in their kit isn’t actually Armor All tire shine? I’m suspect about their cleaning products.

Omg just removed real hunter s from July feet. Thought I experienced expected this. But yes I got out of it. It’s not for everyone!

I once saw someone use olive oil. I don't know how permanent this would be but it was definitely easier than the hunter buffer. That looked exhausting lol

Lace & Lashes they used very little on a paper towel. It doesn't take much at all.

Try Armor All tire cleaner and shine. $2.38 for 4oz travel size bottle from Walmart opposed to that that $5 crap. I hate how they over charge for their boots and further rip people off with their boot care kits. Anyway, nothing works better on rubber than Armor All. People use it to also shine and condition the leather and vinyl in their car and the smell isn’t that bad or strong,
