I’ve been to an ENT and spent much time and money there, and they could find nothing. I’ve recently started steam baths for the sinuses using essential oils and crushed garlic. I get temporary relief from the headache that has been going on for years, literally.

@@Halfbloodprince07 I’ve used 1 or a combination of peppermint, tea tree & eucalyptus. Sometimes just a finger tip of peppermint oil from temple to temple across my forehead seems to help with headaches in a pinch.

@@Halfbloodprince07 I’d like to try oregano oil too. Basil oil was too strong for me to tolerate.

High amount of active enzymes with raw garlic. This hurts but chew up the raw garlic in your mouth. Right when it starts to burn swallow with some raw goat milk. Raw goat milk has a massive amount of probiotics. Can be hard to find. This has been extremely helpful. Lugol Iodine in a sinus rinse, baby shampoo sinus rinse and garlic sinus rinse right after each other. Do the raw garlic for no more then 3 weeks straight 5 cloves a day.

Go to a good naturopath. Very helpful with my fungal infection
@soldelvalle9799
@soldelvalle9799 Жыл бұрын
Could you please tell me what the Naturopath doctor has given you. I would go to one but it’s so damn expensive. I’ve stayed away from sugar, cow milk, cheese and refined flours but in November and December I messed up my diet a little bit and that was more than enough to get a terrible sinuse infection which I actually think is fungal. Doctors have done nothing for me. These people study and still can’t cure you . They have given me so many prescription meds and NONE of them work plus they always give me the same nasal spray that’s not helpful at all. Flonase does nothing for me. I was using a nasal spray called Piyenchin it’s from China and it was doing wonders for me I could actually breathe but recently the company made some changes in the ingredients and it doesn’t work like before. I have nasal congestion since 2018 and I’m literally going nuts with this plus the persistent headache on my left side and left eye as well. If you could tell me what you have used for nasal congestion or things that alleviated these symptoms, I would greatly appreciate it.

@@soldelvalle9799 hi there, it can be costly. We are a one income family so I totally get it. But I had got to a point that it was a need more so than anything else. She did a gut test through nutripath pathology. It came back with 2 types of Candida and it gave the liquid herbs to help fight them. I was stay away from processed foods, so when you think about it’s that’s most things other than meat, veg ,fruit & seeds etc. For fruit she wanted me to stick to just berries if any fruit to begin with. More protein and veg. And I felt so much better not long after but not cured…. That took a while longer. My advice is to got to a health shop (I’m in Australia) health shops employ naturopaths and you can get information and direction from them. Also they will take patients and usually for a cheaper price than independently run clinics. You can also contact a naturopathic school they will have a training area for students to do prac. That can be cheaper also. Anyway I hope this has helped

@@soldelvalle9799 They recommend, in the absolute least using silver spray and probiotic sprays in your nose, but more aggressive therapies would involve essential oils such as thyme or oregano oil. I put one drop of oregano oil in a sinus steamer and it really cleans things out. Also you need to ensure your indoor air is low in mold spores, which can be checked using the HERTSMI-2 test.

I went (not far) north for 2 days and felt my sinuses recover magically, and after coming back the same old condition started coming back. Is my home dirty or something? I usually have a runny nose all year basically so I'm not so sure it's an allergy. Summer is my favorite season. My infections seem to be fungal. Could that mean mold at home perhaps? Hmm.... Average humidity is around 30-40% here. Ideas anyone? Thanks!

@@ginoasci2876 Thanks Gino. You're very kind to take the time to reply. I'm trying out some antihistamines to see if there's any difference. Seems to work but I can't tell until late fall when I often catch nasty infections.

@@ginoasci2876 Bad with a vengeance sounds awful. Another thing I'm trying is no fingers anywhere near the nose. Nose sprays make things worse because after they wear off the blockage is worse than what made take the spray in the first place. I stick to antihistamines for now, and no touching. Let's see how it goes. I can recommend the same to you perhaps. Find an antihistamine that works and stay away from sprays, and touching the nose. Maybe I've built up a deficiency over time by being overly sensitive to cleaning the nostrils, hair shaver etc. Every time I use a mirror I can't see any crap anyway so it's all in my head.

@@ginoasci2876 How about antibiotic eye drops in the nostrils? I live in China and here it's not hard to find that. Travel north for me is just 700km. The distance between New York and Maine should be farther.
