Here is a detailed, every step, look at how I converted my plastic-fake plant 55 gallon tank into a much nicer REAL planted community tank. But the upgrade included a lot more than just adding plants. It's a full tank makeover from lids, to heaters, to filters, substrate and, of course, plants.
