Sis she didn’t say lamb mince curry - I think all bengalis know keema lol and keema samosas especially haha. I think she meant lamb kofta curry - which I admit, we’ve never cooked (own family or in laws) but we’ve cooked fish kofta

Its not just a Pakistani dish. Us bangalis cook this dish too. Its an Asian dish. Popular in most Asian countries. Its called meat ball curry, kufta curry, kufta buna or what ever other Asians want to call it. I've heard even italians cook it too😆 it can definantly be cooked differently but in most Asian houses its cooked with some hot spices. 😄 delicious dish😋. Glad u enjoyed it😊

Meatball/Kofta curry is far more common than you realise. You cook the balls in water where the balls would be half submerged. You only cook it until the balls hold their shape and become firm. Now my late mother has cooked in a Shatkora stew and Tomato stew. I have been a cheat and used dolmio base curry.

No taste in curry if you eat with a spoon...
@akhtaruzzamman57532 жыл бұрын
I have skin issues on my hand so I have to use a spoon due to alergic reaction. I do agree it does taste better with hand.
@MDRashid05092 жыл бұрын
That's understandable... Bengali traditional way is to eat with your hands, don't know why people try to be westernised by eating with spoon lol
