Servings: Makes around 5 - 6 wraps
►INGREDIENTS
►Kofta Curry
►For the Meatballs
1kg lamb, beef or goat fine mince
20g fresh coriander
2 tsp. red chilli powder
3 tbsp. coriander seeds
1.5 tbsp. cumin seeds
2 tsp. salt
2 medium eggs or 1 large
►For the Sauce
3 - 4 onions
7 large garlic cloves
80g. ginger
7 thin green chilies (use less if you like)
2 medium tomatoes
1.5 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. turmeric
Salt to taste. I used 1 tsp.
7 tbsp. oil
Water as required throughout the cooking process
300 - 400ml water
Fresh coriander to garnish
►Rice
1 litre water
1 cassia bark
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt
500g Basmati Rice that were washed
5 tbsp. oil
1 large onion
5 large garlic cloves
30g. ginger
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. red chilli
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 beef stock cube
