A delicious and nutritious original recipe, which is not only easy and economical, but also incredibly adaptable, saving both time and money. That's what my recipes are all about! Cooking is something we have to do every day, so we may as well become the masters of our own creations! This pork and kale stir fry ticks all the boxes, including the most important one - it has a big thumbs up from my family, so you can be sure that it'll be enjoyed by yours. Pork and Kale Stir Fry
Ingredients (to serve 10 adults)
2 Tablespoons oil of choice
3 large onions, diced
3 large cloves garlic, finely diced
1.5kg (3.3lb) ground/minced pork
4-6 carrots, grated
bunch kale, stems removed and shredded
4 cups chicken stock
2 Tablespoons season-all, or favourite seasonings (sage is lovely with pork, for instance).
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons corn flour, mixed in 2 cups cold water.
Serve on rice or noodles of choice.
