Effort wasted..half population is focusing on girl's clothes instead of paying attention to asanas and alignment...they do not want to learn..we can clearly see that her dress code helps to learn miscle movement and asana alignment which is extremely important for injury free yoga practice...the whole motive is lost for those just focusing on her attire and letting it out in comments🙄🙄

And why is that 99% of his videos have only female demonstrators? Half the population is left out!! Output will be clear only when intent is clear. Don't blame the audience. Make Ur videos suiting to the audience. Nicely explained. But a suggestion sir Justice must not only be done, it should be seen to be done too

I was making almost every one of these mistakes. Thanks so much. I’m also very happy to see actual Indians who instruct and demonstrate yoga, please keep the videos coming! 😊 ALSO women’s bodies, including legs, belly, etc, are the most natural thing in the world. Commenting on the clothing is entirely a reflection on YOU AND YOUR focus on shame/shaming than it is on the subject. Shut up and learn something.

Namaskaram. Teachers around the world are conducting a class and demonstrating at the same time; which becomes quite harmful with time, because breath and energy move differently while talking. Bharatji knows this and I wish everybody knew and got someone to demonstrate the postures in the studios

Of the several videos on Surya Namaskar I have seen, this one best explains how to get the postures right (and how not to do it). Very close to how I learned it from my teacher more than 20 plus years back. I cannot emphasize enough getting each of these postures right ; injury is highly likely if you do it the wrong way and for an extended period. Surprising this video does not have as many views as some of the other videos on this topic.

Explanation is awesome, hats off!! We learned many things, but everything become zero from her dress code, exposing, &touching of course guru can touch but the dress code & touching, as a girl I couldn't digest that to in media 📺yoga is complete traditional and such a divine thing , we can feel God, even though she did well, explaination is good, society knows the truth, last word itz worst!!!!

Yoga itself means dhyana...ur dhyana seems to be on the girl's dress code( nothing wrong with it) instead of yoga..if u focus on guru's words and look at her muscle movement...it will increase your alignment knowlegde...small things matter

You must try to record it in Indian asana traditional cloths, it's a request from a practitioner ancient Indian yoga and teacher for human wellbeing.

@@myworld5152 My body is firmer, leaner, more supple. The range of motion of the body is wider. Deeper, lighter breaths. I have felt a new energy awakening. It also cleared the blockage of negative emotions in my heart. I also experienced mind-body union, 100% presence and concentration, and so on. Can you just do one suryanamaskar with instructions on what is to be done step by step....each minute detail. I found it difficult to grasp when both the right and the wrong way of doing was demonstrated together

Most of us always focus on Posture or Asana but for the beginning, we have to learn the basic which is Coordination of breath first. Your demonstration is absolutely wonderful Sir. And let me share my personal experience in this context; I was a very disciplined boy when I was in school; used to wake up early and my morning routine started with Surya Namaskaar; followed by Vocal Music practice. After 12th, my entire routine became a mess. After a long period I started Surya Namaskaar again after seeing your demonstration and felt that same happiness again I used to feel during school days and also realised that sometimes only one thing can be fruitful to repair your entire routine of the day. Surya Namaskaar and your nice demonstration helped me a lot! Thanks! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good explanation sir. As a rookie in yoga doing suryanamsakar from last 4 days without much wrong doing or damaging muscles, or ligaments i learned quickly with this video. And yes I'm doing way too many wrongs...good grace I didn't hurt though. Sir , if i can request you could you pls do advanced suryanamskars as well changing asanas which can make us come out of regular one type practise?

5:28 was very important for me! I very often make the mistake to accidentally (not even consciously) put pressure on my knee during poses which then leads to a lot of pain in the aftermath. The fact that my legs are my fattest part (therefor also a lot around the knee) and that my legs easily keep a lot of watermass which already puts pressure on my knee daily anyway doesn't help either. Thanks to these explanations I can at least get rid of 1 of those knee problems now xD (I already tried walking inbetween, putting my legs up a wall and reducing salt in my meals to deal with the water situation but so far the only thing that has really made a huge difference is a fixed sleep schedule)

V clearly explained step by step. Thank you. I am seventy year old. I am quite flexible and have been doing yoga and exercise from long. However recently read that active life or yoga is harmful for the joints after 70 year, as could lead to the tear of the muscle and ligament. That made me bit anxious. Could you pls clear my concern? We believe that Yoga is for everyone. Even you are 70 years old you still can practice. But you have to keep in mind, whatever you practice have to do with the right techniques. Some asanas can cause join pain if you do it wrong. what about khajuraho ,yakshi ,yakshas.? . It was done in Maurya and Gupta period. During that time Indian men and women both have only lower dhoti & half naked.That's the true indian culture.Britishers came and introduced Victorian morality on Indian natives.That's when Indian women started cladding on clothes. If you are talking about Yogic ethics, think about Baba Ram dev who wear dhoti like shorts while doing Asanas. Is that not a problem ?
