I am from Bangalore, ISRO layout. There we have one meditation centre. I am an insomnia patient. One of my friend recommended me to meet sister bramha Kumari. I attended for about a month or so.. I found quite a lot of changes. Unfortunately i fell ill and got hospitalised for a month. After my discharge I had to shift my residence.otherwise by this time I would have become an expert in meditation.

Sister Shivani, you are amazing and you are one of the first spiritual teacher I started following. दीदी में आपकी विडियो को दो सिटिंग में बैठकर देखती हूं। बीच में अपने घर का जरूरी काम फिनिश करती हूं। फ़िर हाफ विडियो दूसरी सिटिंग में कम्पिलीट करती हूं , क्योंकि घर वालों का ध्यान थोड़ा रखना पड़ता है। ओम शांति 🙏🙏
