How to Crochet a Starfish Headband

In this video I show how to make a starfish headband that will fit a baby. This pattern is very versitile so you can make the headband bigger to fit any size head.

Dear Fuad, I think you are a wonderful teacher. i have followed each of the three sections to make my own mermaid outfit. i appreciate your clear speaking voice, your explanatory approach, your ability to address potential problems, and most especially the way you break it down to each stitch and the stitch count. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to learning with you! in addition, I want to tell you the filming of your videos is spectacular! Your camera person manages to follow along and zoom in and out at all the right times. The only thing I think might be helpful is to show each completed peice a bit longer. I say this because that would give the viewer a chance to freeze the picture and compare their own work visually to what is on the screen. Again, I think you are marvelous and I am thrilled to learn more from you! Suzanne

I chained 3...instead of magic ring and the hole is still small.....great instructions,very good.

There is a shell stitch that alternate rows that would be great for the band stitches.... Since shells are part of the sea....*smiles*

How many balls of yarn did you use in total for the whole tail, bikini top and head band? is one ball of red heart super saver enough? Thanks!

Yes, 1 skein of each color should be enough to make all the pieces. If you are making it all one solid color, maybe using 2 skeins of yarn will make all your pieces. Good luck!! ~Nadia
