Hello and thanks for the video. I was wondering if there is charcoal or activated carbon in the substrate? And would this be a necessary addition? Also did you add springtails or is this not needed?

These little guys are fascinating to watch too. I had my colony on my desk and wasted so much time! I gave them some dog biscuit and they all worked together to drag them to their stash. Awesome.

Simple and obvious to use a currents tanks heat for the isopods….. probably why I didn’t think of it 😂😂 best vid thanks bud.

I culture these wee dudes too. Try feeding them snake shed, especially the belly scales. They love it. 👍

With the fog system mines only on a few times a day for 10 minutes and I use distilled water

@@NORTHERNEXOTICS thanks for the advice I got it in a fully bio active set up perches out of natural grape vines I never thought of using a fogging system with a snake done it in my crested gecko but am definitely doing it in my green tree python 🐍 thanks for the response it be interesting to see how it reacts
