मे उठता हूं और 24घंटे में हवा निकल जाती हे 5साल से ऐसा ही होता हे 24घटे में कोई बात ऐसी होजाती है जो मुझे अंदर से दर्द दे जाती हे और पुरी नेगेटिव साइकल चालू जहा था वहा से भी नीचे🙏
