Wagyu is a delicious experience but honestly for regular eating I find Prime far more enjoyable.

Unless you're selling this, why such thin cuts? I mean one thicker cut steak is going to be always be better even if it's split amongst 4 people, duration of time on the flame before the entire meat hits temp is critical.

Thick steak means longer cooking time, more fats will render out. And thats what you pay with an a5, its fats.

Hilaw 😂 Some cut wagyu around 1.5inch so u can base it easily after the first flip. 2-3mins would be a perfect medium rare

To each their own but those could've been cut a lot thicker and used A LOT more seasoning lol
@hypeoptic654
@hypeoptic654 2 жыл бұрын
not really, because waygu is such an expensive and rich meat, you want to be able to taste the meat and have the seasoning as a compliment. For the thickness, waygu is so rich that too thick of a steak, and you cant eat all of it.

Trust me, it’s extremely fatty and honestly, it’s more than enough, it’s not like a regular steak. It’s the equivalent of pouring butter on your bread. Your stomach won’t like it either.

To put in and grease the pan or skillet as you get it to a high temperature, it's a common technique when cooking wagyu ,. I do it but add a touch of garlic butter as well , ... Wagyu ribeye with cauliflower cheese and garlic cream mushrooms 👌
