I was watching this when I was trying to fix a mistake I'd made. When you happened to reference how to make a clipping mask in illustrator, I realized how to fix my mistake immediately. I cannot tell you how much that just saved me from utter despair. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

can somebody please help me for the love of God. I have a picture of a house and I'm trying to cut out just the house and I'm using the spin method that you're showing but it's not as easy as it is on yours. everytime I try to connect one point to the other going around the outside of the house it's showing like warped wines and it's cutting out the actual house I want to cut the house out of the white background I'm using Adobe Illustrator 10 this is so frustrating I'm getting so mad

Hey! good video! I am trying to cut out a shape from inside a pre cut shape, but all i'm left with is the piece that I'd have liked removed. this is the same despite clicking them in different orders first, how do i go about this? ( I'm trying to remove the neckline gap of a t shirt on a hanger)

when I drag a picture in art bord then it doesn't work. its show me 'the file could not be read due to an error' so what's the problem? how do I fix it?

Very helpful, but what if your image has an area within the object that you would like to cut out as well, for example cutting out the outline of a head and also cutting out the eyes.

When I export a image with the clipping mask it comes with the cut borders white, there is a way i which its possible to export just the interior of the mask?
