My wife of 25 years cheated on me and betrayed my unconditional love for her. She broke my heart and pushed me to edge of suicide, the pain was so intense and unbearable. I channeled my anger and heartbreak into the gym, I gained muscle and felt miles better. The pain was still there but over time I was able to manage it better. My ex-wife soon learned the grass isn’t greener on the other side of the fence and ended up being just another notch on the bedpost, used by guys for sex. She was experiencing the payback from other men who had no doubt been shit on by a woman. Thanks for this video dude, you’re advice is spot on. I always remind myself that men age like wine while women age like milk. So while they’re getting older and wrinkly with only cats for company men grow better looking with age. The best revenge for a man who’s been shit on by a woman is to have a good life.

My Ex was loyal in terms of not getting with other guys, physically/sexually, but what I wasn't so sure about her desire for more and more money, which led me to believe that she would lust after a guy in our future who was more ambitious, more financially successful and driven. A classic case of temptation for greater financial mobility with some other guy. Her colors were showing, so I had to make a hard decision about that.

I kept a list of all the times she irrationally cried over minor stuff. She cried over me replacing the headlight in her car for $5 rather than paying the dealer $40 for them to do it. I was doing all of the work and she still cried just watching me... I ignored so many red flags.

After the break-up: 1, delete her number immediately. 2. Get rid of all any personal items she gave to you. 3. get out and enjoy the day, don't sulk in the house. 4. Hang out with friends. 5. Any hobbies or activities you have visited them again to keep your mind occupied. 6. Head out to the gym and work out. 7. Meet other women. 8. Travel. 9. Spend time with family. 10. Keep in mind how awesome you are.

I am jogging my memory right now for patterns in my last few relationships. I just broke up with a woman...she was a good woman. She just had some non negotiables that didn't mesh with me at all. All I can say is, date women who have good relationships with their parents. If that foundation isn't in place, chances are you are dealing with a broken woman and that will only lead to problems.

This is true because of what's explained in attachment theory. If people didn't have good relationships with their parents, they're far more likely to have unhealthy attachment patterns, either avoidant, anxious, ambivalent, or disoriented (or some combination of these). Once I learned about this it put all of my past relationships into a very clear perspective. Of course it's possible for people to have normal secure attachment patterns and also have bad relationships with their parents, but they would have had to work through that issue at some point in their life to recognize, understand, and fix it, probably through behavioral therapy. Also, having secure attachment patterns makes it much easier to move on after a breakup.

You hit every nail on its head. I’m 47 now, and 4 years ago I went through my 2nd divorce. A 9 year marriage and became a single father of 2 girls. It wasn’t easy but it wasn’t my first rodeo. At first I lost myself. Lost 10 lbs in about 6 wks. I quickly got back in the gym and picked up where I left off 9 yrs ago with my Brazilian jiu jitsu. Funny how quick the memories of my failed marriage began to fade. Like a broken record they became unrecognizable. It’s impossible to dwell on the past when you are trying master new techniques everyday. And definitely start with erasing her existence from you data bank.

90% of the time if you get accused and passed judgement on like this , the accuser is simply projecting what THEY are actually doing. Believe it. I just went through this as well. My ex out of the blue jammed me with an accusation of cheating . She asked for my phone , I gave it to her immediately. She found ZERO, because I was clean and not doing anything of the sort. Some time passed, about 3 weeks or so. I kept an eye on her and paid attention to her 'phone etiquette' and mannerisms. I decided to share my feelings with her and tell her I suspected that she was projecting on to me, what she was doing herself, ie; cheating. She got nervous and defensive. I politely asked for her phone, SHE DECLINED me access. 2 weeks later as Im planning to move out , she hands me her phone and says 'here you go babe, I didnt do anything wrong, i love you and you could trust me"...I lololol. The fucking audacity of these scumbags...smh. Anyway, I accepted the phone and easily saw that it was wiped and/or sections of it completely altered. I managed to recover A TON of inappropriate hypergamous/single mom/slut attention strategy behavior. Unfortunately, I was rather damaged and ill equipped at the time to leave her. She was playing 3 dimensional chess and it brought me to my knees, so I actually stayed and endured an extra 3 years of her shit until I finally woke up about 6 months ago. Dont let these women act in ways to damage and control you. Keep your standards up and be aware of their games...good ones are out there, they are tough to find...good luck to you.

I strongly agree with all of this, except the last point. I'm not saying you should go cry to every person important in your life, but it is _very_ helpful to at least vent to them all. In my experience, it really helps when you realize how much people care about you, and you'd be surprised how some people have really helpful things to say rather than just their sympathies. For me, I'm the type of person who faces problems head-on, and pushing yourself in front of these emotions is an easy way to numb them and make them pass. Also, avoid things like alcohol, drugs, or anything that completely masks the pain. It will only make things worse.

Greetings, I've had the same SOP my entire life. I do not communicate with an ex - period. The very minute a relationship ends, I block numbers and email accounts and will not accept any communication what-so-ever. It has served me well over the years as a breakup is no different than a death as the person is 100% out of my life and there is nothing I can do about it. Knowing I operate this way also saves me from women that like to play games as anyone I am dating knows that the moment it is over, it is over forever. Period. End of story.

That break up diet is real. I lost 10 pounds in one week when my boyfriend and I broke up. That crap was hard. Idk about getting over a break up quickly if you actually loved the person. It took me about 6 months to a year to finally get over this guy.

Problem is with my two kids I don't care about her
@jeff02475983 жыл бұрын
Sky آسمان I have two kids with ex wife. She is a dumpster fire but she had a nice ass, gave great head often and was very submissive. She had been shit on by her fucked up family and past boyfriends cheated on her and beat her ass. I was none of those things, I was stable and in an “alpha” phase of my life. I thought I could save her. I did. I suffered some bad problems with opiate addiction and found myself in a dark place. She inherited $200k from her suicide Dad and she bounced. I hated her, wanted her to die in a car crash. A few months went by and I started to come back to myself and realized, I WAS FREE! I’m focused on my future, being a great role model for my boys, kicked the opiate addiction and I haven’t had any problem getting “action” when I want it. I’m in a place now where I don’t have any problem interacting with the ex. We co-parent and I know she genuinely loves our kids. She’s a bit selfish when it comes to how she divvies her time up with them so they tell me but hey, I can’t control that. I’ve found great freedom and solitude in just being a great Dad and doing the shit I want to do when I want to do it! I’m back in college pursuing a degree for a second career (1st career was in law enforcement, ex was a waitress I met on duty, I only planned on nailing her and moving on but hey, shit happens 😂) in finance. You will be fine. Try to lose any hatred or animosity towards the liar who portrayed herself to you as so,etching she wasn’t. It’s over. The person you loved does NOT EXIST. You shouldn’t cry over or miss someone who DOES NOT EXIST. Better yourself, be the best Dad on the planet and knock it outta the park building a great life for you and your sons, make your ex a non-issue as much as possible. Keep any communication between her and you to a MINIMUM. Only things that have to do with the kids, THAT’S IT.

Thank you for your wisdom. The best advice here is to stay single, don't go chasing someone else to fill the void. Work on self improvement so you are at the top of your game when you go back out into the field. You will find you attract the right people and a better partner if you do.

Entrepreneurs in Cars > I just broke up with my ex on the 10th I'm going to say because that's the day the incident happened. This was a Friday and I went over to see her and drop off something she needed. I took a taxi and got there early cause her car wasn't there. I walked to the store and came back and 5 minutes later her car was coming into the complex. Everything was cool except her 25 year old daughter with a 1 month old baby was driving and her mom in passenger. They drove past me and I never would be around her daughter because her daughter has daddy issues and hates her mom being with someone so I stayed back a distance and when her mom which is my ex got off and saw me waving, walked over and right off the bat said why were you starting shit with my daughter? I was confused and told my ex that I didn't know what she was talking about. Her daughter then exited the driver's side and was yelling at me why I called her a bitch. I told her daughter she was lying and her mom yelled at me to wait for her around the building so I went. Her mom came a few minutes later and right away told me to leave cause her daughter was calling police. We were walking together and I asked my ex why was her daughter doing this and my ex right away blew up on me saying I don't want you to come over when my daughter is home and I believe her that you started shit with her because she doesn't lie. I told my ex that her 25 year old daughter was lying and my ex said Fuck you, I'm not talking to you and right there and then her daughter showed up in the car talking more stuff to me. I told her daughter to be honest and tell the truth because the truth was and is that my ex's car wasn't in the parking lot and I was expecting my ex to be driving and not her daughter when they got home. My ex then punched me and got into the passenger seat and her daughter was enjoying it so I threw my empty plastic sobe bottle at her but it hit the top of the car. I tried to talk with her mom but it's my fault and of course I attacked her and her baby was in back which I didn't think about because of how immature her daughter was acting. This happened February 10 and its now the 20th and I last text with her mom on the 13th with no luck of fixing anything. It's hard cause I did get close with her mom and I'm going to be 40 this year and she's 4 1/2 years older but looks good that young guys hit on her. She hates young guys and said I was the first younger guy she's been with. and she's never liked that about me. She likes older men as she puts it. Well I think about her and what she's doing and if she'll fuck someone fast right away. It's destroying me inside cause I'm older now and I never had problems getting females my whole life but the females nowadays are so fucking different and even the older women are acting like this new generation of whorish type women and I'm feeling I'll never find another descent woman like I had. The one I had didnt drink or smoke or do drugs and I was the 5th guy she's had sex with and the first to introduce her to the porn aspect of sex like oral and anal and positions. All the men she was with were her husband who raped her and that's where this devilish daughter came from and how her parents kicked her out when they found out she was pregnant so she went to him and his mom married them and each time he had sex with her for the next nine years it wasn't mutual but rape over and over. The other guy was a drunk who didn't like even being with her, the third was a man 30 years older, the fourth was a married man and her dumb ass didn't know until 5 years into the relationship and then there was me who just gave it to her and I could tell she was very embarrassed about how I came at her sexually. It turned her on I could tell and the next year she was initiating sex with me when I wasn't feeling it. So I'm worried she'll go be a slut now and I turned her into one. Is this worth trying to save?
@newtuber95357 жыл бұрын
sleepybird09 > Yeah, you're right. She did come by on the 22nd to drop off some stuff I had left at her place. We talked for a bit and I told her I never did what she thought and she told me sorry. Then she left and didn't hear or see her until she came by on the 5th and knocked on my bedroom window at 5 in the morning and I left with her to get coffee and talk and then I end up fucking her in a bathroom at a park we went to, to walk and a Sheriff heard us but we left before he was done in the bathroom and saw us walking away. It's weird cause I didn't hear nothing again until this past Tuesday and I initiated talking to her. I saw her Wednesday for a few minutes before we both had to go to our everyday shitty jobs and now I'm wondering what this is about. She's not with me she says but she's not doing anything with anyone else supposedly and I say this because I saw a mark on her neck but she says it's from the sun and she has a dermatologist appointment soon. She does work for the post office and has been doing this for over 10 years so the way I see it, if I see her like this weekend and it's gone then it was a hickey but if it's still there then I guess she's being honest. I couldn't really tell cause she covered it with make-up but she said she'll come show me so I could look at it better and go with her to her appointment. Damn, i wish I hate this having emotions for a woman! I only had one other female like this and I was a teen until late twenties and she ended up being a headache after graduating the university. I think I'm going to cut emotions and just fuck women left and right but then I don't want to catch any disease because it is all about sex and nothing of respect. I like sex but there's other things too like respect for their bodies and their souls and being truthful and loyal. I could get younger women but I don't want any problems like I have with a 25 year old demon baby momma I have right now. The bitch hasn't let me see my son for 3 years and he's going to be six this 20th. I'm a bible believing Christian too so I feel I'm being chastised by God because I'm not supposed to be doing this outside marriage. Sorry, I went off on a rant. Good day to you.

I was working fulltime and going to college and not ready for a relationship. .. I had plans at that time to make my first million before age 25 ..... I know... I know ..... so what went wrong ??? I'm a woman .... I was raped and pregnant. .... I don't believe in abortion or adoption and my plans and world took a nose dive .... I don't believe women should be single moms, it isn't about a man's money ..... It's about a male, a father in a little girl's life ..... I was looking for a good man to be a father to my unborn child from a rape I wanted a family for her my bad ..... they are all grown up ..... my time is spent ..... I have lost my plan and design ..... go back to who I was ... I am still a hard worker, working fulltime, I no loner have the desire to go back to college because my knowledge is no longer something that can be trapped by a financial institution, I have a product again to make my first million. ... now I need to motivate myself and get rolling again .....

When I had gotten out (unwillingly at the time, but fortunately in hindsight) I hadn't wanted ANY advice on how to get over it. Didn't go telling too many people about it. Reason being, I did NOT want to be told things like "I'm better off" or "sleep around/rebound" or have insults thrown at her regardless of what happened. So I had to play it by ear and figure it out on my own. it's quite reassuring then, that if I had to make a list of the things I did, this would have been exactly it. Everything here was exactly what I did that worked, including not trying to rebound with another woman or playing tag you're it with the heartache. There are a few more things but honestly, as a frame to build on, this is a great place to start. The rest can be up to the individual's own recovery.

I've been a casual viewer for a couple of years, I 've had positive influences from many of your videos, so thank you for that. This one is an undiscovered gem, nothing shouts growth and positive transformation more than the obvious differences(when comparing older and newer videos) in your behavior. The logic and advice is the basically the same but the personality and delivery are like two different brothers; one timid and shy, one dominant and assertive. Could be an interesting content idea to make a video highlighting the change, calisthenics transformations are popular , but guys are also looking for that mindset change that leads to a winning/confident personality. If you can show viewers your own , it would demonstrate a rare form of authenticity among KZfaq channels.That's my feedback. Take care
